Accessible transport is more than a journey. It means helping someone reach their destination safely and with dignity – from their doorstep to where they need to go, according to the assistance agreed.
We provide wheelchair transport and transport for people who need mobility assistance in Tallinn, Harju County and, by agreement, throughout Estonia. We serve both individuals and institutions.

Everyone's mobility and assistance needs are different.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Accessible transport is not only for wheelchair users.
The service is also for people with temporary or permanent mobility limitations – such as older adults, people in rehabilitation, mobility-aid users or anyone who finds ordinary transport difficult to use independently.
Some clients use wheelchairs, others use walkers or simply need more time and physical support. Before each journey, we clarify what help the person actually needs and whether we have a suitable vehicle, equipment and staff.

We arrange journeys for many purposes. The details and assistance needed are agreed before a booking is confirmed.
Medical appointments and examinations
Transport to a family doctor or specialist, tests and procedures. Escort service can be added if needed.
Hospitals and care homes
To hospital, from hospital home, to a care home or between institutions. We also handle bookings made by institutions.
Rehabilitation and regular appointments
Regular transport to rehabilitation, therapy, day centres or elsewhere according to an agreed schedule.
Personal outings and events
Visiting loved ones, family occasions, cultural events and other necessary journeys. Limited mobility should not mean staying at home.
Longer journeys across Estonia
Journeys between towns and counties, including to the islands where possible. Routes and prices are agreed individually.
MORE THAN A RIDE
Help can start right at the doorstep.
We also care about how a person gets to the vehicle and whether they can move safely onward at their destination.
- Assistance leaving home and reaching the vehicle.
- Help getting into and out of the vehicle.
- Consideration for wheelchairs and other mobility aids.
- Assistance reaching the destination's entrance if needed.
- Transport with a separately agreed escort service if requested.
We assess assistance on stairs, lifting or the need for extra staff separately before the journey. Safe provision depends on the person, environment, equipment and available staff.

Where necessary, we can explore transport options for a person who needs to remain lying down. Such a journey depends on the person's condition, safety requirements and the availability of a suitable vehicle, equipment and staff.
We do not confirm a special arrangement until we have assessed whether it can be carried out. Invavedu does not provide ambulance or emergency medical transport. In an emergency requiring urgent medical attention, call 112.

The prices below are for a standard one-way accessible transport journey within Tallinn. All prices include VAT.
For journeys outside Tallinn, more complex requests or additional staff or equipment, we prepare an individual quote. Escort services and waiting time are charged as agreed.
