Yes. We provide wheelchair transport in an adapted vehicle. Please tell us the wheelchair type and your needs when booking so we can check the availability of a suitable vehicle and equipment.

Yes. We arrange transport to hospitals, medical appointments, examinations, rehabilitation and home from healthcare facilities. Where needed, we may also arrange transport for people who must remain lying down; conditions are clarified before confirmation.

Yes. Escort service is a separate service that can be booked on its own or together with transport.

Escort services can include agreed assistance with mobility, errands and everyday activities. The exact scope and level of assistance are agreed in advance.

Yes. An escort can accompany someone to a doctor, assist with mobility and help with practical arrangements if needed. An escort does not replace a healthcare professional or make medical decisions.

We can assist with getting into and out of the vehicle and moving around when needed. Assistance on stairs depends on the environment, the person's needs, equipment and safety. Please tell us about any obstacles in advance.

Within Tallinn, accessible transport costs €35 one way on weekdays from 06:00 to 22:00, €45 at night and €50 at weekends. Escort service starts at €50/hour and waiting time costs €15/hour. See the price list for full terms; special requests receive individual quotes.

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for appointments at a fixed time or journeys requiring special equipment. We also accept short-notice bookings where possible.

Yes. We accept accessible transport and escort bookings 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Service in the evening, at night, on weekends or public holidays depends on availability and resources.

Where possible, yes. This depends on the number of free seats and the booking conditions. Please mention it when booking.

Yes. We work with care homes, healthcare providers, local authorities and other organisations on both one-off and regular transport and escort arrangements.

No. Invavedu is not an ambulance service. In a life-threatening situation or when urgent medical intervention is needed, call 112.
