Invavedu grew out of personal experience. We or our loved ones have experienced how important it is to find transport, assistance and support at the right time.

Our goal is to provide accessible transport and escort services that respect each person's needs, sense of safety and dignity.

OUR STORY

A shared purpose born from personal experience.

Invavedu did not begin as just a business idea. Behind it are people who have personally, or through their loved ones, faced situations where transport, assistance or an escort was needed.

Some of us have used a wheelchair or experienced mobility difficulties ourselves. Others have arranged help for loved ones or encountered similar situations in everyday life.

Those experiences brought us together.

We know that getting from one place to another is not all that matters. Being able to move with dignity, feel safe and know that help is there when needed matters just as much.

We know not only how to provide help. We also know what it means to need it.

OUR TEAM

Different experiences. One shared goal.

Our team's professional backgrounds are varied. This helps us see situations from different perspectives and understand that a person's needs often go beyond transport.

Ambulance services and healthcare

Experience in ambulance services and medical institutions, and in communicating with people with different support needs.

Police and safety

Practical experience in high-responsibility situations, staying calm and solving problems.

Social services and mental health

Experience in social services and mental health-related work, taking people's different needs into account.

Transport, sales and marketing

Knowledge of transport coordination, customer communication, service development and promotion.

Our experience is not limited to one person's knowledge.

We share practical insights, methods and lessons learned and apply them in our daily work. By learning from each other, we improve how services are organised and find better solutions even in complex situations.

WHAT WE DO

More than just transport.

We provide accessible transport, wheelchair transport and personal escort services to individuals and institutions. Services can be used separately or together.

We operate in Tallinn and Harju County and arrange trips across Estonia by agreement. We accept both one-off and regular bookings.
